The service package is available for all new vehicles from the Star-Biker range – including our e-choppers such as the Chopper 6.0s, Bobber Custom, M1P, M1PS as well as electric scooters and e-scooters from Horwin, Sunra, Rayvolt, Classico and other brands.

The package includes all regular maintenance, repairs for technical defects, and the replacement of wear parts (e.g., brakes, tires, lighting). Material and labor costs are fully included – at no extra charge.

No. With the Star-Biker service package, you get complete cost control. The price is fixed—you don't have to worry about unexpected expenses for maintenance or repairs.

Our mobile service team is available to you throughout Germany. If necessary, we can come directly to your home or to a location of your choice – for maintenance, repairs, or technical inspections of your e-chopper or electric scooter.

Yes. In addition to the mobile service, you will also work with one of our certified Star-Biker service partners on site. There, you can drop off your vehicle or receive personal assistance if needed.

The service package is valid from the date of purchase and has a fixed term or maximum mileage, depending on the option selected. You can find the details when booking or upon request.

Repairs under the manufacturer's warranty are, of course, covered. Our team or the responsible service partner will handle the entire process – reliably and quickly.

You can select the package directly when purchasing your e-scooter or e-chopper in our online shop. Alternatively, you can book it separately later or request it via our contact form.
