Right of withdrawal for e-scooters and e-choppers – Star-Biker

As a consumer, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal for your purchase from Star-Biker. Within this period, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods, such as an e-scooter or e-chopper.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by letter, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. The withdrawal period is met if you send the notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective cancellation, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. We will refund you using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. However, we reserve the right to refuse refunding until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return of goods

You are obligated to return or hand over the e-scooters and e-choppers to us immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of the contract. The return shipment will be at your expense. You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods that goes beyond checking their quality, properties, and functioning.

Important instructions

• We cannot accept shipments that are not prepaid or unannounced.
• The right of withdrawal only applies to orders within Belgium. Customers outside Belgium have no right of withdrawal.
