Cancellation policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Within this period, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. The deadline for withdrawal is met if you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation:
In the event of an effective cancellation, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs, within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. However, we reserve the right to refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled the contract. The return shipment will be at your expense. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Please note that
- we cannot accept consignments that are not prepaid or have not been announced.
- The right of withdrawal only applies to orders within Switzerland. Customers who order outside Switzerland have no right of withdrawal.
