At Star-Biker, we offer a 14-day return policy. If an e-scooter, e-chopper, or other product you ordered doesn't meet your expectations (e.g., due to material, workmanship, or design defects), please feel free to contact us. Our customer service is always available to resolve any issues quickly and easily.

How do I send my return?
You can You can freely choose the shipping method (insured or uninsured) and the shipping provider for the return. However, we recommend using insured shipping. If damage or loss occurs during the return process, you as the sender are liable if the package is not insured.
Important NOTE:
- Consignments without postage paid or without notice will not be accepted.
- Please pack the goods as you received them and use additional packaging to ensure that the goods arrive to us undamaged.
- Use original box if possible.
- If the goods or packaging are damaged, we must charge for the resulting damage.

Important information about returns
Return costs: Please only send prepaid packages. We will not accept packages without postage paid. If you are entitled to a refund of the return shipping costs, these will be reimbursed upon request.
Refund of the purchase price: To receive a refund, the goods must be unused, new, and in their original packaging. Only undamaged goods can be refunded.
Insured shipping: Please always use an insured shipping service for returns. Star-Biker is not liable for damage or loss during transport.
Enclose a copy of the invoice: Enclose a copy of the invoice and indicate what you want to do with the goods (return, exchange, complaint). This will speed up the processing of your return.
Bank details for refunds: If you paid in advance, by direct bank transfer, or cash on delivery, please include your bank details so that we can process the refund promptly.
Right of withdrawal for international customers: The right of withdrawal applies to orders within Belgium. Customers outside Belgium have no right of withdrawal.
