If an item ordered from our online shop does not meet your requirements (material, processing or design defects) or you would like to make use of our 14-day right of return, please do not hesitate to contact us. How do I send my return?

As a rule, the choice of shipping method (insured or uninsured) and the choice of shipping provider are up to you. However, we recommend choosing an insured package, because if the parcel service provider damages or loses the goods during the return shipment and the package is not insured, you as the sender are liable for this. Not us, and not the shipping provider either.

Please note that we do not accept consignments that are not prepaid or have not been announced .

Please pack the goods as you received them, or as you would like to receive them as a package. We expressly ask that you refrain from sticking shipping labels, adhesive tape or other packaging material directly onto the goods or their packaging. Please also use outer packaging for the return shipment so that the goods can be sent back to us in the same condition as we sent them to you. It is a good idea, for example, to use the box you received from us for the return shipment.

Should the goods or their packaging nevertheless be damaged, we will unfortunately have to charge compensation for the damage caused.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please note the following important information regarding returns.

1. Please only send back prepaid (stamped) packages. Due to the increased postage, we will not accept postage paid packages. not accepted. If you are entitled to a refund of the return shipping costs, we will of course be happy to refund them to you upon request.

2. If you would like a refund of the purchase price, please only send back unused, new and originally packaged goods, as only these can be refunded by us.

3. For your own safety, please always use an insured shipping service for returns. Star-Biker is not liable for damage or loss of shipments during transport.

4. To make it easier to process your return, please enclose a copy of the invoice for your order and briefly state what you want to do with the goods (e.g. return, exchange, complaint, etc.). Our employees can then process your shipments much more quickly based on the invoice and the information you have provided.

5. If you would like a refund/refund and your order was paid for in advance by bank transfer, direct transfer or cash on delivery, please also include your bank details in the invoice. In these cases, no refund can be made without bank details.

6. We would like to point out to our international customers that the right of withdrawal only applies to orders within Switzerland. Customers who order outside Switzerland have no right of withdrawal.
